We do not collect payment card information directly. If payment processing is introduced in future, it will be handled by a certified third-party provider (such as Stripe) and we will never store card details on our servers.

To publish and manage adverts you post on the platform
To review adverts before they go live (moderation)
To notify you when your advert is approved, rejected, or about to expire
To respond to enquiries you send us

Cloud storage: backup files may be stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3, EU (London) region only

6. Contact Details Shown on Adverts

When you post an advert, you are required to provide at least one direct contact method — a WhatsApp number, phone number, or email address. This contact information is publicly visible on your advert to enable buyers or employers to contact you directly. Please only include contact details you are comfortable displaying publicly. You can edit or remove this at any time from your dashboard.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove it within 5 working days
Advert data: retained while the advert is active plus up to 12 months after expiry or deletion, for moderation and legal purposes
Usage logs: anonymised after 90 days
Email communications: retained for up to 2 years

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
